These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of casino-regina-ca.com and the services offered by Casino Regina Online ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or otherwise using the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal minimum in your Canadian province of residence — 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec)
• You must be a permanent resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling provider
• You must not be acting on behalf of another party

2. Account & identity verification

You may hold one account per person. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. We perform identity verification (KYC) and source-of-funds checks as required by our licence and applicable anti-money-laundering ("AML") regulations. Withdrawals are subject to successful verification.

3. Deposits, withdrawals & currency

• All balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Minimum deposit: C$20 (C$30 equivalent for Bitcoin)
• Withdrawals are paid back to the deposit method where possible; Interac e-Transfer withdrawals settle within 2–24 hours of approval, card withdrawals 3–5 business days
• We do not charge withdrawal fees; your bank or payment provider may apply theirs
• Suspicious activity may result in withdrawal review, account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities

4. Bonuses & promotions

Bonus offers, including the welcome bonus described on the /bonus page, are governed by their specific terms in addition to these Terms. Wagering requirements, eligible games and game-weighting tables apply. Bonus abuse (including but not limited to multi-accounting, structured betting patterns, or use of prohibited strategies) will result in bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided.

5. Responsible gambling

You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and possible harm. You agree to use the responsible-gambling tools available in your account (deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cool-off, self-exclusion) as appropriate. 6. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to play
• Collusion with other players
• Exploiting software bugs or errors
• Funds laundering or other illegal activity

7. Complaints & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first via the channels listed on the contact page. If your complaint cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission via gamingcommission.ca, which provides an independent dispute-resolution process for licensed operators.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, our liability arising out of or relating to your use of the website is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or (b) C$5,000.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via in-account notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Québec, Canada. Disputes not resolved via the licensing commission's dispute-resolution process shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
